Time Is Moving Too Fast

It is always a big surprise to me, when I come to my blog and see how much time has passed since my last entry.

This month I am doing something different - I am seeing a Personal Trainer.  She offers a free consultation and then you decide whether or not you want to continue.  At that consultation, I liked her right away and decided to proceed.

She is helping me with my food.  I am keeping a journal of everything I eat and she reviews my notes.  She is  showing me exercises to do and I generally do 3 sets while I am with her.  Yesterday (Tuesday, April 9) she started an exercise class for seniors and I decided to go.  There were only two of us there so we got plenty of personal attention.  It was fun and I felt so good.

I will be seeing Jennifer twice a week - Wednesday and Friday at 1.  She reviews my notes and we discuss various things.  Today my back was a bit sore from yesterday so I did not exercise but she guided me through a meditation.  It was great.  One of my assignments this week is to continue to meditate.  Something else I am to do is to plan our supper when I am making my breakfast.  That is to help me make better choices in what we have and to relieve some of the panic I feel when I don't know what we are having and it is already 5 o'clock.

I feel really good after my session.  This is a good thing.
