Blogging is still new to me. I have had journals through the years but with those I would sit down and start to write. With blogging, I have to make decisions about formatting, backgrounds and other 'stuff'. I see blogs I like but I am still unsure how to make mine look the way it does in my mind. I wanted my title to have some kind of sweeping letters. I want a nice background picture. I want it to be easy to read. This could be something else that will take my time as if I need another 'hobby'. At least it is taking me away from my farm on Facebook.
This afternoon before I left for my massage, I was reading 'diet' blogs. I knew I wanted one for myself.
While I was lying on the table, the idea for the title came to me. It got harder after that.
Because I have been concentrating on food, habits, and goals, I have been careful with my intake today. It will be interesting to see how this goes.
