Making Progress

I have to figure out a better way to find my blog when I want to write in it.  Sometimes I can find past entries but I usually cannot find what I need to make a new post.  

Enough of that...I am here now.

My latest 'diet' plan is really a combination.  I am following weight watchers for now.  They stress eating more vegetables and fruit and I am in agreement that that is a good thing.  One of the things I need to do is stop looking for and reading all the diet blogs.  I think I am suffering from information overload.  I plan to buy organic when I can.  I will avoid GMOs, white flour, sugar, processed food, and other things I cannot remember right now.

I am healthy.  If there was an actual problem, I would have to be more diligent about avoiding certain things and adding others.  My
main intent is to stay healthy.  

I am journaling what I eat.  When I get this figured out (is that even possible?), I will want help in remembering which menus helped me feel more energetic and good.

My next challenge, and it is really an on-going challenge, is to plan meals that are satisfactory for both me and Hubby.
I don't want to be making separate meals when there are just two of us.  Lately I have been in a real rut with our meals.
