Sunday was the Ugly Sweater Run. It was a nice day to be outside, not too cold and no rain or snow. There was a bit of ice on the ground so I had to pay attention to where I put my feet.
Beforehand, I thought maybe I would try running some and I did. Unfortunately, I tired too quickly. I realize that I have been slacking off with my exercise. I also realize that some of my recent food choices were not helpful because I was sluggish.
I finished. I don't have an 'official' time. Hubby and I figure I was about the same as the last walk I participated in. I am happy that Hubby is willing to accompany me and take some pictures.

3. It is important to enjoy what you are doing.
