Lovely Weekend

It has been a very nice weekend. Yesterday I shared about the first part of Saturday. In the afternoon my son and grandson came over so that Grandpa could give Noah a driving lesson on the truck. It is a standard and Grandpa would like all the grandchildren to at least know how to handle it. Apparently the lesson went well. Brian and I had a nice visit while they were gone. 
Hubby took me out for supper. We traveled between rain drops on the motorcycle. The heavy rain happened while we were in the restaurant. It was all good. 
This morning my daughter and I enjoyed some time together outside on the swing. Of course her dogs, Tucker and his son, Dexter, were with us. 

 

She took us out for breakfast and then we took the dogs to the beach. They both love the water. 

 
 

Our oldest son came over mid-afternoon, just before Kathryn left so they got to see each other briefly. He brought me a lovely bouquet of flowers and a nice tote bag. 
Hubby barbecued some meat for supper. All in all, it was a lovely day.
