In my quest to eat healthier, I am trying to remember to juice more often. It seems to happen in cycles (like everything else). I do it for awhile and then I get tired of cleaning the juicer and stop until the next cycle kicks in. Anyway, today I made this Carrot-Orange recipe I found on-line. I didn't have a full tablespoon of chia seeds so I used what I had and added chia seeds to my shopping list. I suppose for blogging purposes, I could have taken a picture.
