Day 12: 4.91 km - I miscalculated and didn't quite achieve the 5 km but I wasn't too far off.
Himself decided to go to our daughter's this morning. He has been talking about it all week so I am glad he finally made the decision. He visited Port Stanley on the way. It sounds like he had a good ride. Port Stanley is a popular destination. He is now safely at Daughter's.
I waited until he was gone to go for my walk. I went back to the Greenway. It was a beautiful morning for a walk. There were several people on their bicycles. One family passed me. The father was pulling a bike trailer. There were 2 little boys about 4 and 6 and the mother brought up the rear. The boys were asking dad if they could take a break soon. (They did. It was a toddler girl in the trailer).
Not many pictures today. I concentrated on walking.
September total - 33.06 +4.91 = 37.97 km
The lady we got Max from was wishing him a happy birthday this morning on Facebook. I didn't know when his birthday was. Apparently she and the vet decided on Sept. 12 as his birthday. He has lived with us for a couple years. She has another cat and the two of them did not get along so she asked if we could take him. He is the most loving cat we have ever had. Happy 8th birthday Max.
