When we were raising our family, I made lots of bread. We were a one income family and I wanted to help with cutting down expenses as much as I could. My mother and grandmothers had always made bread. Now that it is just the two of us living here, I don't made bread very often.
A few days, my daughter sent me a text with this recipe and said she was going to try making bread. She had to get flour and yeast first.

This morning, she went to the store. She got a large bag of flour but the only yeast she could find was something called 'pizza yeast'. I had never heard of it and started to google to see what I could find out.
From the look of the picture she sent, I would say her first attempt was successful. She sounded surprised when she told me it tasted good. I am proud of my daughter.
