Iron Hawk

This morning was the third annual Iron Hawk duathlon. There were people doing the Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Duathlon Relay, Do-A-Du, Do-A-Du Relay, or 5K Run. I was entered in the run. One of my sons and my daughter did the sprint duathlon. The weather conditions were ideal although Son and Daughter had to deal with head winds on part of their bike ride.
We are all happy with our results and we all had fun. It was good.
I finished first in my age category. I like to say that before I add that I was the only one in my age category.
LOL! I remember this blog... it was in the same time frame that I was doing tri's and mentioning being both first and last in my age group. Hey, we are still active, and that's the blessing!
