Yesterday I wrote a blog about nothing in particular. This morning when I checked in, there was a 'voted featured blog post' sticker on the corner. How did that happen? I have seen that sticker on friends' blogs and thought that it would be fun to see it on one of mine and it really did give me a boost but why when I didn't even say anything important. I expected if it ever happened, I would have made some kind of profound statement. 
Thank you, however it happened. I do appreciate that little 'sticker'. It made my day.
Thank you ONEKIDSMOM for explaining to me what a 'blog' is.
I know I will continue to read blogs because they really are part of my program. I have made friends and connections through blogs. I appreciate those who are regular blog-writers. Without naming names, I thank you.
And now on a different topic, my crocus opened yesterday. I used the picture for the background on my page. Unfortunately, the flower is not featured so here is what it looks like.

It is great to have that little sticker in the corner. It was a great blog, It already had a number ahead of me. I and, I am sure others clicked the little," I LIKE THIS" in the box.
I loved your Crocus. My favorite color and a flower I loved. We had no garden in England and my mother was given Crocus and we bought some bulb fibre and they grew all PURPLE.
I have them in back and front yard but the squirrels keep eating them. This fall I will buy from a catalog Purple and Yellow.
CONGRATULATIONS, you often have GREAT blogs so keep thinking about them and write them.

I always read what you post. I don't always comment. I think your blog resonated with many people who don't think that have anything to say. But you do have something to contribute. Something another Sparker shared that helped you. A small victory. What motivates you to keep sparking after all these years. Something that happened in real life. We are all companions on this journey. We go together and I am happy to have you by my side.

Must say this morning when I saw that your blog had been featured it caused me to smile!....... I read your blog and I have a feeling that as you continue it will get more comfortable all the time........ obviously people liked it so keep writing and thank you for adding the Irish blessing as a beautiful finish!
