Valentine's Day

Wednesday was Valentine's Day. Himself and I have never made a bit deal of the various days that come up during the year. Wednesday morning is our morning to volunteer, himself at the hospital and me in the sewing room at Hospice.
Wednesday the hospital auxiliary was holding a bake sale in the gift shop at the hospital. They also had roses and a draw for a piece of jewelry. About the time we ladies were enjoying our coffee break, Himself came in with a rose for me. It was funny to hear all the ahhs as he came in the room. Apparently my blushing pleased him.
