Iron Hawk

This morning the 2nd annual Iron Hawk Duathlon kicked off at 9:30 a.m. at the Harrow Soccer Complex. World-class athletes biked and ran beside high school students and others in an effort to raise money for W.E. Care for Kids and the Harrow Soaring Hawk Fund.
My world-class athlete, Brian, our second son. He ran and biked in the duathlon.
I am very proud of him.
